Short and honest, like the rest of the site. These are the terms that apply when you work with Sunnies.

Proposal and assignment

After our first chat you receive a tailored proposal with the price, what is and isn’t included, and the planning. The assignment starts once you have confirmed that proposal in writing (e-mail counts). The starting prices on the site are an indication; the proposal is leading.

Suppliers

I work with local cooks, caterers, venues and makers. They work for you directly or through me; the proposal says which per item. Their own terms apply to their part.

Payment

On confirmation you pay a deposit, the rest according to the instalments in the proposal. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Moving a date is possible in consultation. If you cancel, the hours and costs already incurred remain due; the arrangement for this is in the proposal. In case of force majeure (illness on the day itself, for instance) I arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.

Liability

I do my work with care. Should something go wrong nonetheless, my liability is limited to the amount of the assignment. I am not liable for damage caused by suppliers or guests.
